I'm struck with an idea... Results are a prime motivator for anything in life. Success, or the perceivable lack thereof, is defined by the results. I try not to delve too far into the black hole of purist ideals, but I think, for anybody creative, it has to start with the love of the art, the love of the process. I've mulled over starting a blog for years. But as I've found in life, things happen when they're supposed to. So, here I be. This is really just a rough first step, I think. I just needed to see how it feels to start. I honestly don't know what my exact goal for this blog is, but as an artist, a writer, etc., I have and will have thoughts about my process, about other related things...Thirty-six years of artistic expression, and I feel like I'm just scratching the surface.
